JOB OVERVIEW
The Business Development Executive at HSxTech will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. This role involves proactive outreach, client interaction, and collaboration with the marketing team to convert prospects into long-term business partners.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct professional meetings with clients independently.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions (Odoo preferred) will be an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (online research, networking, references, etc.).
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns to connect with potential clients.
- Schedule and attend on-site and virtual meetings with clients to understand their requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for proposal drafting and tailored pitches.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Represent HSxTech in client meetings and industry events to enhance visibility.
